Mapping Justice, Informing Action

The Hampton Roads Social & Environmental Justice Atlas is a community-engaged mapping initiative that will make data on social, racial, economic, environmental, and health inequities accessible and useful to communities across southeastern Virginia.

Developed through a partnership between Christopher Newport University and Empower All, the Atlas will bring together geographic data, interactive maps, and plain-language explanations to help people explore regional patterns and support community organizing, education, research, and advocacy.
